Business Contract Agreement

This contract is a business agreement between two willing parties herein named as (Client) and William Hudson c/o The Cutting Edge Sound Company (Mobile DJ).

This contract is for the service of mobile disc jockey entertainment in exchange for payment. The terms of this contract are as follows: - Mobile DJ will perform services for     hours at the location specified by Client, beginning at the time of         and ending at the time of         on the date of        .

Client will put forth a deposit in the amount of $50.00 and pay the remaining balance of            on or before the date of the event.

In the event of forfeit on the part of Client for any reason, deposit can be withheld. 

In the event of non-payment for services rendered, a late charge of $1 per day will be charged. By signing this contract, I hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
